I woke up on Saturday, May 14 and weighed myself. OMG! I weighed 193, the most I’ve weighed in a decade. What’s going on?
Well, it doesn’t matter, what’s going on. How to lose the weight? If you’re interested, you can follow my progress over the next month as I experiment with weight loss. My goal is to lose 25 lbs. by my birthday, June 19. I’ll go from 193 to 168 in 37 days.
I’ll be posting daily, 6 days per week until I meet my goal (Mon-Sat, Sun will be a day of rest from posting). I’ll weigh myself on Saturday, then Wed and Sat after that.
This will be an experiment in weight loss and I’ll apply all the skills I’ve learned from health coaching and living. Follow me starting tomorrow on 5/17/2022.
